The service is great. Breakfast is good and the hotel grounds is nice and location. The rooms are outdated. This is my third stay but if I come again to Istanbul I won't stay at the hotel because rooms are very outdated.

Swissotel Istanbul feels like a second home to me. Many years ago, I moved from Istanbul to the United States, but whenever I return to Istanbul, I always choose to stay at Swissôtel. From the moment I walk through the doors, I feel as if I am coming back home. The warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality of the entire team make every stay truly special. The service throughout the hotel is consistently outstanding, but I would especially like to recognize the exceptional team at the Executive Lounge on the 17th floor. The level of service there is truly world-class. Every member of the team is dedicated, attentive, and highly professional. If I were to list individual names, I would inevitably risk leaving someone out and doing an injustice to the many wonderful people who make the experience so memorable. However, I would like to extend my special thanks to the two Emres—one leading the kitchen team and the other leading the service team—as well as to all their colleagues for their outstanding work and hospitality. I will be back in Istanbul again soon, and I already know that I will once again enjoy the same excellent service and welcoming atmosphere that make Swissotel feel like home. Thank you to the entire team for consistently exceeding expectations.

The gentleman at the reception was very rude and unwelcoming , I find using that kind of tone with guests is completely unacceptable. He behaved like I came to his home unwelcome. Completely unacceptable
